Dual boot fix time
Finaly got to sync my dual boot with windows and ubuntu... this is how you do it
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation
Add new key 32bit DWORD name it RealTimeIsUniversal value = 1
